Congressional Research Service Reports

The Congressional Research Service (CRS) is Congress's "think tank" housed in the Library of Congress and provides reports to Congress without partisan spin. However, it does not make its reports directly available to the public. The following web sites are specifically for locating CRS reports and are not affiliated with the CRS. Not all CRS reports are made available, and some may have been withdrawn if they were. If you cannot locate a CRS report, please contact a member of Congress from your state and ask them to make it available.
