Finding Aids

Select a link below to find available books:

Missouri public library directors and branch managers are encouraged to request books for use by their staff.

Staff and students at MOBIUS libraries may request these titles via the MOBIUS catalog. Titles are also available to borrow from the State Library (MOL) via WorldShare ILL.

These print journal volumes are also available for borrowing. Article scans may also be requested by completing the Request a Scan form.

Changes to Using Your Card

You will now use a confidential 6-digit PIN when signing into your library card account.

View our self-paced tutorial to help you set or reset your PIN. The PIN is separate from your library card number.

You will need to use your PIN when requesting library materials in the State Library catalog.

If your current library card has a handwritten letter "m" on the back of it, please cross it out.

You will no longer need to include the "m" at the end of your card number when signing into your account.

You will only need to use the 14-digit number on the back of your library card.

*Please note: Reference Services staff do not have access to or know your PIN. If you forget your PIN, you will need to reset it on your own.

Hold pickup notices, overdue reminders, PIN resets etc. will come from "fse.hosting@ebsco.com" email address.

*Please note: This email is not monitored, so do not reply to it.

Instead, to email Reference Services staff directly, please send an email to libref@sos.mo.gov

To sign into your library card account, you will use your 14-digit library card number (without the M) and your 6-digit confidential PIN.

From there, you can see your current holds, checkouts, and any fees/fines. You can renew your books from the Checkouts tab.

Review our Managing Your Account tutorial for further information.
