Licensed digital resources are available to current Missouri state government employees to support their work for the State of Missouri.

Retirees are thus not eligible to access the library's licensed digital resources. 

Government publications and information are freely available to all.

All library users are responsible for complying with state and federal laws, including copyright. Users shall not misuse library resources for profit, mass reproduction or distribution, excessive downloading, or illegal activities.

Vendors are responsible for the content of their respective databases.

To access digital resources from outside state government offices, state employees can use their Missouri State Library card number. The card number and the access it grants are for the cardholder alone and shall not be shared.
