Missouri residents and the public may access freely available Missouri state publications, as well as federal government information and resources online or in person at the State Library (by appointment).
Missouri residents and the public are welcome to borrow circulating State Library materials through interlibrary loan at their local library.
Anyone can also make an appointment to visit the State Library in person to use materials in house.
Eligible Missouri residents may also be served by the Wolfner Talking Book and Braille Library, another division of the State Library.
